Godly Fathers Strengthen Families

In Deuteronomy 6:1-15 the entire nation of Israel has been called together by Moses to prepare them for entering into Canaan. There would be many foes to fight, many fears to face, and God wanted his people to be at maximum strength. So what did he tell them? What is his grand strategy? Well, amazingly He doesn't tell them to increase their defense spending, nor does He tell them to strengthen the military, He doesn't advise them to stockpile their weapons. He tells them what to do - fortify and strengthen the family. How were they to do it? By faithful, godly fathers.
