Jesus lived a sinless life and He died an atoning death. To prove that He lived a perfect life and died an atoning death, He came back from the dead! Jesus died on the cross to pay for our sins, but the empty tomb is proof that God cashed the check. He accepted the payment. He cancelled our sin debt. He sets us free from the guilt of our sin when we place our faith in Jesus!
